Pantheon of Leather XX
Awards Nominations 2010

Nominations may be submitted from January 1 through February 28, 2010

The Pantheon of Leather Community Service Awards
will be presented in an Academy Awards-style format at the
Hilton LAX in Los Angeles, CA the weekend of August 12-15

You do not have to nominate someone in every category; partial nomination forms will be accepted.
You may return later to nominate others.

Give the name, information, and reason that a person should receive an award. Remember that with the exception of the Community Choice award, these awards are given to members of the leather community based on a person's commitment and contribution to the community, not on popularity, appearance, or personality. Only the Community Choice award is based on the number of votes received.

Note: This nomination form includes the Community Choice categories at the end. If you wish only to vote for this award, fill in your information at the top of the form and then scroll down to the bottom of the form - you do not need to nominate for any other category. The Community Choice Man and Woman awards are decided by popular write-in vote, not by the selection panel. You can vote in either or both the Community Choice categories, even if you do not nominate anyone in the other categories. You may only vote once in each Community Choice category.

It is REQUIRED to give an email address for each nominee. The selection panel must contact each nominee before deciding on the awards. Nominees that can not be contacted can not receive an award.

Once the nominations are received, the selection panel of previous recipients will investigate each nominee's worthiness for an award. Just because a nominee is not known to the panel before being nominated does not mean that they will not receive an award. Therefore, your explanation of why a nominee should receive an award is important.

You may say as much as you like but there is a limit of 1250 characters (including punctuation and spaces) in the nomination form. Please be concise, and brief if possible. A description of the nominee's contribution to the leather community is what is wanted.

YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IN ORDER FOR YOUR NOMINATIONS TO COUNT. We may need to contact you in order to obtain more information about a nominee, and asking for complete information helps guard against "ballot box stuffing". Your information will not be distributed to ANYONE outside of the Pantheon of Leather Awards committee. You may receive info on Pantheon of Leather or registration by email.

Nomination forms received that have incomplete information or missing the submitter's email address will be discarded. Multiple nominations for the same person in a particular category from the same submitter will be discarded (you can nominate one person for several categories, or several people for one category, though). Only for the Community Choice award does the number of nominations for an individual count towards being selected for the award, and again, duplicate votes from the same submitter will be discarded.

Don't waste your nominations!
Anyone who won an award in the last three years is not eligible to win ANY award this year.
